Jeep Gladiator Mojave

The Jeep Gladiator continues to stand out as the only midsize pickup that blends true Jeep 4×4 capability with open-air driving and real truck utility. For the 2026 model year, Jeep builds on that foundation with new trims, special editions, upgraded technology, and improved convenience features that make the Gladiator more versatile for daily driving and off-road use alike.

The New Gladiator Sahara Trim

For the first time, the Sahara trim joins the Gladiator lineup. This model brings the premium look and comfort long associated with the Wrangler Sahara into the pickup segment. The exterior features body-color fender flares and a body-color three-piece hardtop, giving the truck a more refined appearance. Inside, the Sahara adds McKinley leather-trimmed seats, a heated steering wheel, and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, making it a strong option for drivers who want a balance of trail capability and everyday comfort.

Special Editions for 2026

Jeep is also expanding the Gladiator lineup with new limited-run models.

The 85th Anniversary Edition celebrates Jeep’s heritage with unique design elements, including Steel Oxide wheels, Blue Agave exterior graphics, a plaid interior, and special badging throughout the cabin.

The Shadow Ops Edition, part of the Convoy Series, takes a more rugged approach. It features a Satin Black grille, heavy-duty steel bumpers, and the first factory-installed winch ever offered on a midsize pickup. This model is designed for serious off-road recovery and utility, straight from the factory.

Tool-Free Doors for Easier Open-Air Driving

One of the most practical updates for 2026 is the addition of quick-release door hinges. These allow the doors to be removed without tools, making it faster and easier to enjoy open-air driving. Whether you are heading to the trails or just taking advantage of warm weather, the Gladiator now transitions from enclosed to open in minutes.

Standard 12.3-Inch Uconnect Touchscreen

Technology is also improved across the lineup. Every 2026 Gladiator now comes standard with a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, the largest standard display in its class. The system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and offers faster processing and clearer graphics than previous versions.

Available 12-way power front seats are designed for durability and are water-resistant, while still providing premium comfort.

New Exterior Color Options

The 2026 Gladiator introduces several new color choices. Reign brings a bold purple finish to the lineup. ’41 is a military-inspired olive drab exclusive to the Willys ’41 edition. Goldilocks, a new metallic gold shade, will be available later in the model year.

Capability That Still Leads the Class

Underneath the updates, the Gladiator remains one of the most capable trucks in its segment. It continues to offer best-in-class gas towing of up to 7,700 pounds and an available payload of up to 1,720 pounds. Combined with proven 4×4 systems, solid axles, and available off-road packages, the Gladiator is built for everything from jobsite work to trail exploration.
